До середины 20 века данная территория принадлежала Финляндии. На зеленом полуострове находился финский хутор, с несколькими расположенными деревянными домами, выйдя из которых, местные жители попадали прямо на берег Финского залива и рыбачили.

Наша цель — сохранить ту красоту ландшафта, природы в целом. А также, дать своим постояльцам максимальный комфорт и душевное спокойствие. Именно для этого мы создали это место, под названием «Фрегат».

Wonderful location - nature, coastline, wonderful pine-fir trees, very beautiful. The houses are cozy, warm, there is everything you need, a barbecue and grills. Helpful and friendly staff. In this case, 5 minutes by car and you are in the city center. We will definitely come again!

A large wooden house, equipped according to modern standards: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, kettle, dishes, warm floor, you can adjust the temperature in the room ... The second floor is spacious. In the yard there is lighting and barbecue equipment. The territory is large enough, on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. Probably great in the summer. Responsive security guard. He is always ready to help, he brought us things to the house, answered all questions, when cleaning the territory he asked if it would interfere with us with its noise ... It is better to get to the center of Vyborg by car (5-10 minutes). The place is quiet, secluded.

An excellent location for those who want to walk around Vyborg, but at the same time relax in nature. Cozy warm cottage with everything you need. Warm floor in the living room! Nice beds with clean linens. Excellent sauna for a reasonable price. The area with fir-trees, pines, well and beautifully lit in the evening. Children walked up, played snowballs, rolled on cheesecakes from a relatively safe slope. And of course, the friendly staff, ready to answer any questions.
